I had a wonderful blessing of growing up in a Christian home. I gave my heart to Jesus at the age of eight and through the years I have grown in His grace and made Him Lord of my life. I have been married for twenty-five years to my husband Buddy. God has given us a daughter (Ashley), a son (Lucas), and just a couple of years ago another son (Charlie) through marriage.
In 1994, God began doing a work in my heart calling me to leave a career in Physical Therapy and to teach my children at home. This began the Home School adventure for us. I have been teaching my children for 11 years. I have graduated a daughter and a nephew. I served as a school board member for 5 years at Southcrest Christian School. When Southcrest Christian School closed, God led me to start a new home school ministry at Riverside Baptist Church. I look forward to serving as Director of this ministry and I am excited about how God can use us for His Glory.
